Event if the event is all-ages, it is recommended that you bring and use a valid ID to check out a headset. Your ID will be returned once all your borrowed headsets are turned back in. You can borrow up to (3 ) headsets using (1) ID. If you do not have an ID, an additional $5 deposit per headset will be required. You will receive your $5 deposit back for each headset when it is returned. Lost headsets require a $20 fee

When you arrive, head to the Disco Station—a clearly marked canopy. There, you can exchange one valid ID for up to three headsets, and pay any rental fees. (Events range from free-$10/headset.)Once you have your headset, simply turn it on and enjoy. The volume control is located on the left side, and the channel selector is on the right. There are three channels, each represented by a different color, so you can easily see who’s tuned into the same vibe as you.At the end of the night, return all borrowed headsets to the Disco Station to retrieve your ID.Please note: all headsets checked out under a single ID must be returned together. For example, if you borrow three headsets with one ID, all three must be returned at the same time to receive your ID back.

You’re welcome to complete your payment while in line to help speed up the process—just be ready to show proof of payment when it’s your turn. Please note that we do not accept payments made before the start of the event or reservations. The silent disco operates on a first-come, first-served basis. With over 200 headsets available, there is rarely a wait.

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Cash is preferred, but we also accept most major debit and credit cards. We also accept Zelle, Cashapp, and Venmo.
